THE IMPORTANCE OF GOOD GOVERNANCE

Governance is how an entity organizes, guides and conducts itself in every area of its mandate.  Good governance is reflected in the structure, processes and effective functioning of an organization.

Different roles and responsibilities are well thought-out and supported by policies on principled, respectful and accountable processes and decision making.  Dialogue and deportment among all personnel is relevant, collaborative and principled.  Such elements are crucial for effective functioning.

The Board’s goal is to be a model of good governance.
